Are you aware that over four million men and
women work in the building trades? That's more than one third of the skilled labor force in the United
States! Among those four million workers, there are nearly 351,000 plumbing mechanics. They
have well-paying, satisfying careers in an industry that touches the lives of all of us!
In the upcoming years, the construction industry will hire more than 1,000,000 new workers. The majority of these
new workers will attend an apprenticeship program.
In this industry,
apprenticeship programs are an alternative to college which allow you to earn while you learn your trade, both on the job and in the classroom. Now is the time to be a part of a highly
skilled work-force of the 21st Century. Wages paid to plumbing apprentices, being professionally trained by a state registered
apprenticeship programs, are among the highest for any skilled workers. Talk to your employer about joining
this training program, that will teach you all the facts of the plumbing industry, from pipe fitting analysis and water distribution
systems to installation and plumbing repairs.
You will get over 180 hours of classroom study including hands-on training in our lab
facility. We are a state registered program with the Florida Department of Education # FL007840018. They teach
the importance of a good attitude and how it can effect your performance on the job and life in general.
